1. Introduction & acceptance
These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the Healthiest website, programs, consultations, digital tools, content, and any related services (together, the "Services").
The Services are provided by Pioneer Wellness Group BV, a company registered in Belgium under enterprise number BE1026 129 940, with registered office at Kroonstraat 90, 7, 1750 Lennik, Belgium ("Healthiest", "we", "us", "our").
By accessing the website, submitting a form, booking a consultation, enrolling in the program, or completing a payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
2. Eligibility
To use the Services or enroll in the program, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old;
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract;
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information about yourself, your health, and your medical history when requested;
- Not be subject to any medical condition for which our medical team has indicated the program is unsuitable.
We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate any enrollment where these conditions are not met.
3. Description of the Services
Healthiest™ offers a premium 12-month Healthiest membership, single longevity consultations, the Longevity Audit, and related content, diagnostics, coaching, and community elements as described on the website at the time of your enrollment.
The specific components included in your program (such as diagnostics, consultations, masterminds, community access, treatments, and events) will be those described in the offer you accept at checkout or in your written agreement with us. We may, where reasonable, substitute equivalent components (for example, a different lab partner or venue) without reducing the overall value of the program.
4. Medical disclaimer
Healthiest™ provides preventive, lifestyle, and longevity-oriented medical guidance through licensed professionals. The Services are not a substitute for emergency care, for ongoing treatment of acute or chronic disease by your regular treating physicians, or for any specialist medical opinion you may require.
The "biological age" estimates, audits, recommendations, and protocols we provide are based on current scientific evidence and statistical models. They are not diagnostic tools, do not guarantee any specific health outcome, and must not be relied upon as the sole basis for any medical decision.
You agree to inform our medical team of all relevant medical conditions, medications, allergies, and treatments. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under specialist care, or under any treatment plan, you must obtain clearance from your treating physician before following any Healthiest protocol.
In case of a medical emergency, call your local emergency number.
5. Enrollment, orders & contract formation
When you submit an order, complete the checkout form, or sign an enrollment agreement, you make a binding offer to purchase the relevant Services on these Terms.
A contract is formed only once we confirm acceptance of your order in writing (for example by email or invoice). We may decline any enrollment at our discretion, for example following our medical intake review.
6. Pricing, payment & invoicing
Prices for the Services are those communicated to you in the offer, checkout page, or invoice you accept. Unless stated otherwise:
- The Healthiest Membership is priced excluding VAT; VAT is added where legally applicable.
- Additional Longevity consultations are exempt from VAT as a medical service under applicable Belgian law.
- Payment is due in full upon receipt of the invoice, unless a specific payment schedule has been agreed in writing.
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers (for example Stripe). By submitting payment you also accept the terms of the relevant payment provider. You authorise us and our payment provider to charge your selected payment method for all amounts due.
By proceeding with payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy.
7. Right of withdrawal & cancellation
For consumers in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from a distance contract within fourteen (14) calendar days of contract formation, without giving any reason.
You expressly acknowledge and agree that, where you ask us to begin performing the Services (for example by attending a consultation, starting your diagnostic journey, scheduling your Testing Day™, or accessing digital materials) during the 14-day withdrawal period, your right of withdrawal ends as soon as the Services have been fully performed.
Where Services have been partially performed during the withdrawal period and you exercise your right to withdraw, you must pay an amount proportional to what has been provided to you up to the moment you notified us of your withdrawal.
After the withdrawal period, the program is non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in your enrollment agreement. A consultation fee paid is fully credited toward the full trajectory if you upgrade within 90 days of the consultation.
8. Rescheduling & no-shows
Consultations can be rescheduled at no cost up to 48 hours before the appointment. Within 48 hours, or in the case of a no-show, the appointment is considered delivered and is non-refundable. Events like the Testing Day™ and The Healthiest Summit™ are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. No cancellations will be accepted for these events, regardless of the reason or timing. In the event of a no-show or cancellation, your participation is forfeited and no refund, credit, or rescheduling will be issued. By completing your registration and payment, you acknowledge and accept these conditions in full.
If we have to reschedule on our side, we will offer you the next reasonable alternative date.
9. Your responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and timely information;
- Follow reasonable medical and safety instructions given by the team;
- Use the website, community channels, and content lawfully, respectfully, and only for your own personal use;
- Treat the cohort, faculty, and team with respect; harassment, discrimination, or unlawful behaviour will result in immediate removal from the program without refund;
- Not share, copy, resell, or redistribute Healthiest content, materials, recordings, or community discussions without our written consent.
10. Intellectual property
All content on the website and in the program — including text, graphics, logos, branding, protocols, e-books, recordings, slides, frameworks, and audit tools — is the property of Pioneer Wellness Group BV or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the materials provided to you for your own personal, non-commercial use during your enrollment. Any other use requires our prior written consent.
11. Third-party services & links
The Services may rely on or link to third-party providers (such as laboratories, wearable platforms, payment processors, scheduling tools, or community platforms). We are not responsible for the content, practices, terms, or availability of those third parties. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that provider's own terms and privacy policy.
12. Confidentiality & data protection
We process your personal and health data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law, including the GDPR.
You agree to keep confidential any sensitive information (including medical, personal, or commercial information of other participants) shared within the cohort, masterminds, or community channels.
13. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant any specific health, performance, longevity, or aesthetic result.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or loss of data. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Services is limited to the total amount you have paid us for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or gross misconduct.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services with immediate effect if you breach these Terms, fail to pay amounts due, or engage in behaviour that we reasonably consider harmful to the program, other participants, or our team. Termination does not entitle you to any refund unless required by law.
15. Force majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government actions, infrastructure outages, or supplier failures.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. If changes materially affect your existing program, we will notify you in advance.
17. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Brussels, Belgium, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
